Rules of the facility:
1. Should you feel a bit sick or flu coming along, please remain at home and recover fully before joining classes, the trainers or training on your own. Should the flu or cold not get better please contact your doctor . 😷
2. There will be an spry bottle with disinfectant and paper towls on the counter, please clean the area and the equipment you have used and pack it way. (remember we are watching).🏋🏻♀🏋🏻
3. Bring your own towel and water bottle (you can fill it up with the water in the gym) to the gym or classes.
